Daron Campbell

As head of DC Capital, Mr. Campbell is focused on the acquisition of major real estate related projects ranging from development opportunities and renovation projects, to condominium conversions and distressed property re-positioning.  DC Capital is a conduit which offers investors the opportunity to participate in the ownership of major real estate projects with significant profit potential through value-added methods orchestrated by Mr. Campbell and his staff. DC Capital acts as a fund which seeks opportunities for high net worth individuals to invest “silently” without personal exposure, management responsibility or personal guarantees for acquisition debt.  As a result of his 26 years of income property experience and resume as a top income property broker, Mr. Campbell has a unique “insider” advantage over the average investor.  In addition to having access to un-marketed properties through his brokerage network, he is renown throughout the industry as a market maker and a direct consultant to some of the largest real estate owners in the United States.   

Mr. Campbell is also the President of Apartment Sales Group, which specializes in the sale of apartment complexes in Southern California. With over $3.9 billion in personal career sales, Daron Campbell ranks among the elite of the most active and successful realtors in the United States.  

Naturally, a path in coaching and training was pursued and he founded the Wealthy Realtor Academy in conjunction with Daron Campbell Coaching. As a former brokerage owner, Daron knows how imperative it is to set an unprecedented standard for their agents to uphold in order for it to be a win-win-win situation for owner, agent and client. Daron currently keynotes various real estate seminars for realtors in search of expanding their business, as well as investors looking for guidance on growing their wealth.  He offers personalized individual coaching tailored specific to each client as well as group coaching in workshop type settings.  As Daron continuously expands his alliance with top trainers and real estate brokerage owners, his presence continues to shape the face of the real estate industry. 
   
Daron was formally the Managing Partner of RE/MAX Commercial Real Estate, based in Sherman Oaks, California. Mr. Campbell was responsible for the growth and development of the company and for increasing its profitability. Under Mr. Campbell’s leadership, RE/MAX Commercial had been named by the Los Angeles Business Journal as the fastest growing commercial real estate company in California for four consecutive years with 2007 sales volume exceeding $2.9 billion. In addition to managing the company’s 71 commercial associates, he has been recognized in each of his 8 years with RE/MAX as one of the top 1% of all real estate agents in the United States.  He was given the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award and inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, achieving that plateau in record time.  Daron was also named the #1 RE/MAX Agent in the State of California out of 11,000 agents for 2006, and is currently the #1 all time, worldwide Apartment Seller for RE/MAX (RE/MAX International has over 110,000 agents.)
   
Janel Barlongo
Vice President
Ms. Barlongo has been with Daron Campbell Capital (DC Capital)  for 14 years and started out as the marketing director.  With a B.A. in Cinema and Television Arts from the California State University, Northridge, Ms. Barlongo brought a fresh set of ideas for both traditional and multi-media marketing that set Daron Campbell Capital apart from its competitors in the real estate brokerage and investment arena.  Janel systematized the marketing and prospecting process by creating various templates that could be sent seamlessly and on autopilot, which in turn freed up more time to focus on new deals.  Naturally, she grew into the management position after taking each client under her wings and assisting them throughout their buying, selling and investment process. 
With an extensive knowledge of marketing and real estate investment strategies, Janel has helped grow Daron Campbell Capital into a full fledged real estate investment firm that has successfully pushed past the $3.7 Billion dollar mark for real estate transactions.  Being the key liaison between third parties, Ms. Barlongo has developed strong relationships with vendors in various sectors which has benefited DC Capital's clientele tremendously.
